every1s saying eat right but i wont unless i have a full deit plan like were it will tell you everything u need to eat. can ne1 take the time and make one up for me and make sure its good and healthy . i check bak like 2 times a day and yea. im 5'5 and i weigh 143.6

Reply from orcy, Age 3 - 05/17/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx uhm well i dont no what you like to eat but heres some suggestions brek: wheat toast with peanut butter, yogurt, water or juice OR some sort of healthy cereal with skim milk and fruit lunch: a turkey sandwich on a wheat wrap or wheat bread, fruit or vegetable, some kind of healthy snack bar (pria bars--find in health food section--taste wicked good and arent bad for you at all) and water dinner: whatever your parents make but in small portions. eat tons of veggies and limit the meat and carbs to a little bit snacks: any veggies, fruit, healthy choice popcorn, 100 cal. packs from nabisco, pria bar if you didnt have one at lunch, soy chips, etc hope i helped! good luck with everything
