hey, I'm almost 12 and my 5th grade graduation is coming up. after that we get to go to a water park and i want to look good in a swimsuit. my goal is to lose 20- 25 pounds by August but i would like to get toned up and lose a little wieght by June 3rd (my graduation). i really need some good ideas. thanks
Reply from Caroline, Age 11 - 05/28/05 - IP#: 67.10.39.xxx hey~i jsut graduated from 5th grade on wednessday, and we had a pool party after, but for you-try to do some activites where you can't think about food like-walking your dog (if you have one), go play ball with some friends, or like walk or ride your bike to school in the mornings (if you have a bike).

Do things like walk or ride bikes around your neighborhood. Go with a friend, its less boring that way. 20-25 pounds is very reasonable by August...I know you can do it! Good luck *Ray*Ray*
