Hey people!
I really need to lose weight. Im 13. I don't wanna say my weight. But I can promise you, im really fat. Im not obese, yet, but im getting there. I have stretch marks on my thighs, tummy, hips and my breasts. Im glad to say that I don't get teased about being fat( although sometimes ppl talk behind my back, but thats normal)
I know this kind of thing can't be rushed, but how do I do it?
I have 8 weeks till this event and I want to lose 25 kgs( 50 pounds, I think) Is it possible? And if it is, can anybody give me an eating and exercising plan?
(with, like, having tested it first)

if youve been this way through out your whole life wat do people care and its ok i really dont want to either but i dont know yall so wat the heck i weigh 14? somthin!!

the most you should only probably loose is 24 pounds in that period of time...
