Hey people!
I really need to lose weight. Im 13. I don't wanna say my weight. But I can promise you, im really fat. Im not obese, yet, but im getting there. I have stretch marks on my thighs, tummy, hips and my breasts. Im glad to say that I don't get teased about being fat( although sometimes ppl talk behind my back, but thats normal)
I know this kind of thing can't be rushed, but how do I do it?
I have 8 weeks till this event and I want to lose 25 kgs( 50 pounds, I think) Is it possible? And if it is, can anybody give me an eating and exercising plan?
(with, like, having tested it first)
