HEY everyone!!! My name is katie. IM 13 years old. I am like 5'1 and 204lbs. my weight has been an issue since i was like i donno 9 or 10 yrs old((when i started to get my periods)) anyway.. i want to know if any of you have been on good diets that works.. or tell me what kind of exercises you do and what kinda stuff you eat? also how do u get motivated to exercises cuz i put in a tae bo tape and i can never do it.. i give up after like 5-10 minutes PLEASE HELP!! lotza love, *katiebell*
