Hi my name is Shannon and i weight 126. I try my hardest to lose weight but it just seems like the fat does not go no where. I was just asking is there some kind of way you can help me lose weight because i want to weight like 100 or 90.

My sister who is 21 said AT OUR AGE WE DON'T NEED diets. We just need to watch our weight. Now I'm watching my weight. I am CRAZY for french fries. I'm watching how much fries I eat. I excerise and play sports. I run a lot during my basketball practices. I play sports better than people who weigh less than me! Sometimes people who weigh less than you are not healthy. SO my advice is Eat healthy, Excerise, Play outside, and maybe Find a sport to play like basketball or track. You may like it! I still have to train my body this summer for seventh grade in the fall (2005)for sports and academics! GOOD LUCK!
