hey well nevt sunday im leaving to go to europe to see my family and i know they r going to say something about my weight what should i do and should i feel embarrased when i go to the beach please help

Hi, I yhink you should not let anyone bother you about your weight. At Europe just eat healthy and take walks. Also when people notice you are trying to loose weight they dont tease you.
