Hi,Yesterday my mom took to tye doctor and was 5' tall and weighed 201 pounds. My doctor told my mom that I was really fat and had to go on a diet. So my mom yelled at me and called me sicko and said I was a disgrace and now all I can eat is 1 granola bar in the morning and celery sticks in the evening. I am STARVING. help please! PS. I am not losing weight ?!

your mom should not be talking to you like that. That is just crap.Did you cry. I would. Don't hate your mom beacuase she said that. She was just upset. Make her happy and try to lose weight like me. i know how u feel! i am soo fat 2! doctors make u feel worse. u need 2 talk 2 ur mom, or some1 u can trust starving urself with limited food is dangerous for ur help try excercising more, not like running 5 miles but like dance in the mirror or just jump on a trampoline or sumthin i luv ya and believe in u!

OMg ur mom shuld not be yellin at u just eat ing a granola bar and veggies is not healthy tell her that u need a well roundeed diet and 3 meals a day fruits in the morning with a toast lunch a smoothie and dinnnersome protein like meat sum veggies and mayb a biscuit hten if u want sumttin sweet eat a posicle

look ask ur mom if u can do the slimfast diet the is on the back of the meal or snack bars and it tastes awesome

hi try eating alot of friut and veggies!inthe morning eat grain cerel or sumthing.you should run around you backyard and do lots of crunches situps sidebends and torso twist.i am sorry your mom was yelling at you.my mom did the same thing.if you ever need a friend look for me on here!much love,jennier aka droopy =[

Lilly... tips for you...
1. try to eat lots of fruits! ( when ever you feel like you want to eat a piece of pie of whatever, just go to where your fruits are and eat that instead of things that are gresy.
2. try not too so much soda if you do. Instead.. carry a waterbottle and drink lots of water. that will help you a lot!
3.try not to eat things that are gresy like hamburgers, meat, hotdogs... eat salads!
4. try to at least extersize outside for an 1. **AT LEAST!**
5.Eat your 3 meals a day! dont ever starve yourself beacause that will make it worst, because you'll be more hungry the next day! And try not to eat after 7:30 p.m everyday because your going to have all that food inside while you are sleeping,while you are sleeping, your not moving!

you do weigh to much for a 10year old i am 12 and i am 4ft 8in 128pounds so i need to lose about 50 pounds and you to lose about 100 to 110 pounds but your mum shouldnt be so horrible to you its not ur falt. Lilly do u want to be my weight loss buddy if you do email at nicolericher@hotmail.co.uk

hey, dont listen to what they say. I am around 200 pounds and all i have to say about it is that the only thing that matters is what you look like on the outside! Trust me. I just started to go to church every sunday and while i was in it, i learned from the bible and from the paster that all that matters is what you act, talk, and look like on the inside. Most of the skinny biches either starve themselves or just are skinny though heretity. Its not our fault that we are over weight. we either like to eat, which is my case, or are just that way because of our parents. well, everyone has some fat on them. dont worrie, you'll get through it. I'm so sorry for that. No one should make you do that. Yes u will lose weight by doing that, but it would be easier to lose weight if u ate small portions of healthy meals and exercised. Try talking to ur mom about it! IM me if u want AmericanGirl1263.
