i am Latisha and i weight 200 pounds and i have been trying to lose weight for 1 year and nothing is working i need help!

Reply from denay, Age 11 - 05/31/05 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx hey, u can do it. all u need is willpower. try to eat fruits, yogurts, salads, oatmeal, & veggies. it may seem hard at first, but it will def. help u to lose weight. and if u want meat, eat fish and chicken. u can do it. i know u can. just give it a try. drink lots of water. it will work. xoxoxo denay
