Today I rode my stationary bike for an hour, and it really helped. Try doing that and infront of the tv so that it keeps u occupied. Also, cover all the clocks so that ur not concentrating on the clock. Also, I did 1000 crunches, sound like a lot but its not, and that helped too. Try it! Tell me how it works!
