You shoulnt feel bad that ur over weight u should do sumthin about it. Maby try dieting with your friends to make it easier forall of you to support each other! the one things you have to do is STAY AWAY from bread and sugar that means (rice,toast,candy,icecream,chips,pasta ect.) the good things to eat (which are foods that acually BURN fat are..) eggs or egg whites, broclie,tuna, fish. Dont eat too much salt or sugar and always drink water BEFORE your meal its not good to drink while your eat(its a fact) i hope it helps.o and always exersice atleast 4 days a week for an hour.

hey, u should just do aerobics, and stay off of fried foods! Feel good about yourself no matter what, and use the kids as motivators to lose the pounds!
