hi, my skool starts august 25. i weigh 133 and i am 5 foot 4. i want to be 115-120. i dance,jump on the trampoline,use an exercise machine,lift weights and do a workout video. i eat 3 meals a day and drink 8 glasses of water. do you think i will reach my goal before aug. 25? (oh yeah, i don't eat chocolate, icecream,chips,candybars,cake,or doughnuts)

of course! U might not lose weight, but u will get skinnier, bc muscle willl be more heavy than your ody fat. As lng as u look good, it's all good.

Definately. Thats a great goal for over the summer, although you don't have to work out that much..just make sure you don't over do it. Good luck!
