I am like 5'2 and I way around 140. I don't look fat, but I am. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to lose weight? I really want to and everytime I see a pretty supermodel who has a great body, my self-esteem gets lower. Can anyone help me? I want to lose like 50-60 pounds and stay fit. I know I'm ovrweight so please don't lie to me, and say I'm skinny because I'm not.

eat good food don't over eat but don't under eat eat until u are full and then stop only eat at meal time and do 50 crunches then kick it up 10 times as soon as 50 is too eassy your tummy will be muscular instead of fat and u will feel good about yourself. and think u can show off a six pack! but i will tell u this it will take time there is no fast way to loos fat u just have to work out a lot! good luck and enjoy i do my sit- ups every night before i go to bed i find more energy and i feel better about myself and u can to just work out a lot and if u want to go into weigh lifting it is a good muscel toner and it gets rid of fat to!

ok brittany you dont want to loose 50-60 lb they good way to eat healthy is to have some cearel or toast for breakfast have a lunch in the afternoon and have something for your dinner but not something like pizza or hotdogs but dont cut out all togeather and an hour or 2 b4 you go o bed have something like a cup of tea or a peice of fruit and cut out on fizzy drinks and chocolate but not alltogeather and walk to school and back to give you some excersize or even get some friends and go for a ride on your bikes,why not ask a teacher if there any after school clubs like dancing or gymnastics i hope this helps you alot if you can email me at water_baby54@hotmail.com thanx bye bye

dear brittany, i herd u weigh 140 and ur 5'2'' i think all u can do is watch what ur eating bcc that has alot to do with it i feel the same way i am 13 5'6'' and 135 lbs........ i dont look fat at all until i keep looking in the ?mierro? over and over thinking i have to look skinny or i wouldnt be exepted this is how i feel..... i think there is no way someone could be bliemia or anerexic that is not good yes i have thought about it and tried it but i rather be fat then kill my self and try to be skinny...... yes i think i am skinny i really do but i too look at models and think omg there 22 and 100lbs.... but then again they cant eat how we do and they hvae a restrikted diet...i know how u feel but all i can say is exersize every day run and eat healthy....o yeah u said u wanted to lose about 60 lbs well thats not good at all!!! u know how much u would way 140-60=80lbs that is not helthy for ur hight if anything get to a good healthy weight i just wanna loes 10 so i can weigh about 125 or 122.... that is a good weight for me .. my height ..and my age .... i hope i helped u some !! and please take my advise and if u wanna talk more just add me or email me @ abbie_fultz@hotmail.com thx bye bye

Hey,hey,hey! Thats to much weight! I could understand more like 20 or 30 lbs. I understand that you want to be thin but, thats a little to much. I'm not a mean person really I'm not I'm just tring to help!
