For those who want to read a NOVEL =)and who is serious about weight
you all should know something.when your worrying about your weight consciously you want that food more and more and you gain weight. believe me im 160 and 53, not fat just chubby but i knoww ive been there ive been up to 190 and 5'1. its so horrible always having to worry what you look like. just go outside and make your self stay outside until like 6 at night from right after school. then youll lose i swear to all of you listeners. AND dont drink dunkin dounuts its like 400 for a small coolatta !!

hi there kev i am very sorry that you you fell very sad abiut yourself i know how it fell i have just lost 5st and am still dieting also my 4 year old son is over weight as well and i no it is very hard but all i have to say is do your best and in the end you will get there eat what you want to but don't eat sweets and all that. every time you fell you want to just eat an apple and do 30 star jumps then the next day add one more and so on good luck

my name is kelly and i just want to say excersis and dont eat junk food at all go on a salad diet and vegitables get away from fast food resurants! go to a gym and excersise three times a week it really works i have lost alot of weight doingg it and i love my new body!
