Ok... ive been big for almost my whole life.. and i tried out for cheerleading and i made it!.. but everyone thinks that i shouldn't of made it becuz im to big or something like that!... so i wanna lose weight to show every1 (becuz i get picked on alot) but its not just for that but most of it is for my health.. so do u think i can at least lose 20 pounds by august... and do u have any recememdations? thanks and please respond! *~ Jenn*~

Use their mean insults to motivate yoursself. Good luck! E-mail me at foxolicious1212@yahoo.com. Also, to lose weight, have 5-6 fist-size SMALL meals. Try to have a lot of protien, and get outside! In the summer it's a great opprptunity to lose weight. I'm going to camp where i'm going to be doing a LOT of aerobics. Good luck, u can do it! Don't give up!
