ok i am working out each day doind.... 50 sit ups and arobics for a half hor and push ups and running for 3a:00mins and up and iim goin to the by july 3 and how much weight will i lose if i keep it up and im doin cardio

if you go till july 3 may be 15lbs but if you go the whole summer i think about 20 good luck and keep it moveing
