im 12 and wiegh 150lbs.! i want to wiegh at the highest 125lbs. please can someone help i am trying wieght watchers right now. but its so hard cus like my family is always eating out and like my aunt make chocalate cake tonight. my mom and aunt have lost like 75lbs. on wieght watchers. i will try to do this but i could use all the help that is out there. i also am a very fast swimmer i workout out at my club to! HELP!

My tips are as follows: 1.Try to cut down to one soda a month, drink water 2.Instead of poatato chips for a snack try having carrots or broccli 3.Get into a exercise routine-swimming,biking,running,ect.
