hey yall...wutz crackin?well i am still feeling really down.i saw how the dresses for my cuzins sweet 16 is gonna look and i dont think i want to be in it anymore but i cant get out.all the girls in it are skinny and it hurts.im the fattest girl in my mom sid of the familia.and its scary because i weigh as much as my pregnant aunt 210pounds.actually...more than all my aunts.man i jus wana die.i cry myself to sleep.i know its pathetic but i cant help it.i used to cut my wrist while i cried and i look at myself everyday and sayyour so ugly and fat!'its really sick.i alredy have alot of stuff goin on in my life and i don want my weight to be another problem makin myself closer to death.please..i need help.yo soon to be gone buddy,jennifer= [

Did u know that your brain, whatever u set your mind on, and in your case, you're "fat" as u call yourself, u will stay that way! Instead of moping, get out and get active, get away from overeating, even if u have a slow metabolism like me, u can lose pounds, in a few months, u can get down to a size one! A lot of girls are in your position, so your not alone! And, a lot of girls, including me have lost weight by cutting out bad fatty foods, and playing tennis every other day for an hour at the least! Reply from L.R.C, Age 15 - 06/09/05 - IP#: 24.224.246.xxx I am new to this site,and I started my diet and exercising plan today.What I am doing and if you want to try too, is eating a good breakfast like an apple,orange,grapes or any fruit that you like,a gran muffin or a piece of whole wheat toast.Then for dinner or lunch,eat something light like pretzels and a low fat dip,yogurt,carrots and a low fat dip.Then for supper,try eating a good bit of veggies like brocoli and salads and try to cut out juice and soda with a water.Another thing that I am doing is filling up a few bottles of water,and putting some fruit in a small bag and putting it in the fridge so whenever I come home from somewheres,I can look in the fridge and grab one of them instead of cookies or potato chips.Also exercise for 30-60 minutes everyday and try not to starve yourself,if you are hungry...then eat...but try to make it something healthy! good luck!! =)
