I was really set on this one 2 piece for this summer, but my mom thought I should choose something else. What things can I do (like workouts) without harming my body?

replace any greassey food with a handful of nuts and buy 10 min sulution (BLAST OFF BELLY FAT) available @ atarget store near u and eat healthy

dominque u don't have to do 500 situps a day just do 30 situps a day then gradually go up 10 or 20 every 3 days. if u do 500 situps u r going to b super duper sore in the morning if u want more diet and excersize tips e-mail me at dancingdiva9173@yahoo.com
