i hate being overweight but i cannot run. i walk for an hour everyday but i never lose weight. what can i do?

start by eating healthy
and do a spot you love tha needs a loy of
movements likes tennis

Well, thats great that your walking..you might not be loosing weight because it depends on how much you are eating. Also if you are walking for an hour every day your muscles in your legs are getting stronger that means that they add more weight onto your body!

What ever you do don't stop eating. Maybe you should start playing a sport or something. It might help. Just go on a healthy diet not a crash diet.

what i used to do is eat a healthy diet, and get on a team, or play sports. I personally hate running, because i am out of shape, but it is more fun to play tennis or basket ball.
