hey everyone, i have been doing crunches, situps, jogging, or riding my bike everyday for about a week. i have lost about 1 pound, i would have lost more but i didnt eat so good. it is always hardest to lose weight during the holidays but some people do it (i am not part of those people). that is why my new years resolution is to get down to 120-125 by june. i weigh 180-185 and im 5'4.

You should try pilates, they are simple excerises and all you have to do is 20 minutes 3 times a week. Thats what I have been doing and i lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks and i also drink 3 bottles of water a day.
