I feel terrible! I have what you call a belly-bulge! ITs not very big but believe me, it makes a BIG difference!!! I want to go on a diet without starving myself! Does anyone have one? Also I swim everyday, and I do sit ups and stuff but, i think a diet will work better because I have to lose 20 lbs!!!! HELP ME!!!!! Thank you,

try the south beach diet or the 3 day diet they work and try to work out at least five times a week for at least an hour u will feel results!

first of all, dont not HAVE to do anything, you WANT to and that is very good! ok i think you will be able to lose 20 pounds if u work at it! swimming is very good and tones your muscels... which will make you slim down. make sure if u diet to pick a safe one, and with lots of protein and low in fat! well best of luck!
