I'm 5'3 and 160 pounds. I'd like to mostly lose weight off my arms and tummy. I don't want to be skinny, I just want a flatter tummy. How much weight should I lose?

You lay on ur back, put ur hands behind ur head and raise ur legs with ur ab muscles! start with about 30 of these a day! My friend does 300 of them a day and she looks great! but dont try to do that many in one day at first. you have to build up as ur muscles build! becca
