i'm 5'2 and 147lbs i want to lose 25-40 pounds by spetmeber. does any1 have any tips or advice for me. i wuld really appricaite it

Hey there this is something anyone who is on a diet should do... it helps to keep porportions down... when you eat:
1) before you go eat a meal..drink about a bottle (or 1 large glass) of water... it will make you feel like your full!....(*also drink lots of water/juice instead of Sodas)
2) eat off a small plate if u can and don't load up on food... make sure u don't get seconds...
3) instead of snackin when you feel hungry get out ice cubes and drink water... to make you feel full *sometimes just drinking water don't help u need an ice cube to make ur body think u r eatin!
4) make sure u get out and do planty of exercises... jump rope, walkin , running, swinging, basketball,...whatever you like to do...its best to get out of the house where you can get food...anytime and go be active even if it means just sittin outside talkin with your friends!

if u want to gain a flat tum then try the swings in ur local park it really helps and also eat breakfast .

play a lot of sports over the summer like soccer or basketball! go to the gym 5 times a week and drink lots of water it will help you lose weight!
