Hi i'm 10 and weigh about 138 lbs if you know a weigh to help me loose body fat then PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
I'm always getting teased and it feels horrible so like i said PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Hey there this is something anyone who is on a diet should do... it helps to keep porportions down... when you eat:
1) before you go eat a meal..drink about a bottle (or 1 large glass) of water... it will make you feel like your full!....(*also drink lots of water/juice instead of Sodas)
2) eat off a small plate if u can and don't load up on food... make sure u don't get seconds...
3) instead of snackin when you feel hungry get out ice cubes and drink water... to make you feel full *sometimes just drinking water don't help u need an ice cube to make ur body think u r eatin!

u should go on a diet or something drink lots of water and don't eat a lot of junk food and go to the gym every day
