Hi I'm nicole I am 12 years old and weigh approx 130 pounds i dont want be super thin but i want lose 30 to 40 pounds by march 2006, i want to lose fat off my stomach and thighs and lose my double chin. I get picked on alot at school and i have a tendensey to get upset when they call me fatty, fatso, Mrs Kipling(as in the cakes and stuff from Mr kipling)nicole fatty richer and other horible names if any one can help please do or email me at nicolericher@hotmail.co.uk

Don't let the other kids get you down. They just automatically look for someone that looks different than them so they can poke fun. When you go back to school next year everybody will shut up 'cuz you'll look great! Just follow these tips-Eat something light and healthy for breakfast. Trade in meat, pancakes, and sugary cereal for fruit, lowfat oatmeal, and grain-based cereals. Try not to have any snacks from breakfast to lunch. For lunch have something like a turkey sandwich or wrap, a salad, or fruit/veggies. For a snack in between lunch and dinner try carrots and lowfat dip. It's tasty and filling! If you don't like carrots or dip, have a lowfat/fat-free crispy food, like wheat thins or triscuits. (NOT potato chips!) BUT-use a small plate or bowl and whatever you do, DON'T HAVE SECONDS! For dinner, skip anything overly oily or salty. Have small portions and again, NO SECONDS! Try not to have a snack for the rest of the night, but if you have to, have something healthy and nothing in the hour before you go to bed. Example, if you go to bed at ten, don't eat past 9:00. Then your ready for a new day! Keep eating healthily but try to switch up what you eat everyday. Your diet shouldn't be dull and boring, it should be an interesting and challenging new experience. Make sure you drink lots of water to help fill you and steer you away from fatty foods. And, one of the most important things, DON'T skip meals or do anything unhealthy like that. Thats horrible! I have exremely low self-esteem, so I know what you mean. People call me, stupid, ugly, fat, all sorts of other stuff. AND I BELIEVE THEM!! Dont let anyone put you down for who you are. Just ingore them, and work off whatever you need to!
