I want to know an exersise to lose weight within my stomach area,
without any stress to the exersise,have fun with the exersise,and
not only feel confidience in the exersise,but sure that it's working as well all at the same time.I don't want any crash diets or vomiting involved.I'm 138 lbs
and i want to be able to show my body, not hide it!!

How to do it....
1. Lay flat on the ground with your hands flat by your side.
2. slightly lift your legs... BUT KEPP YOUR BACK AND HANDS FLAT THATS IMPORTANT
3. gently kick your legs. This tones your stomach.
NOTE: The easier this gets for you... the more you can do this. Do this for 30 minnutes every day with 3 minute breaks every so often.

easy enough call ur frineds ask them if they want to hang out walk everywhere go home relax have supper and then think oh look at that i did some exercise and not even realized it and with walking u would worked out much more then just ur ab area

try competitive cheer.. i got a 6 pack in 2 months !! its soo fun and i gained alot of muscle and lost fat and u get to compete and stuff.. its kind of expensive though.. just try it .. or do gym class.. soo fun too soccer too !!! sports ! lol just dont stress to the more u do the more you eat and just try and eat good healthy food feal good have fun eat less!
