hi im only 12 and i wiegh 190 pounds im trying to lose wieght. 1 year ago i lost about 30 pounds and even then i was like 120 and not proud. im gonna eat healthy and drink mostly water. thats what i did the last time and it worked in only a few months. i have advise no matter how big you get do not starve yourself its not the answer reading these storie got me motivsated again thanks
