Ok I just wanted to let everybody know that I just started a diet. I am eating breakfast bars for breakfast, salad for lunch, and salad and green tea with every meal. I am exersising for about an hour everyday. I hope I can lose 20 pounds. I want to know how long everyone thinks it will take me to lose this weight! I took before pictures today so that I can see my before and after pictures when I'm done.

You have to follow the rules of the food pyramid. 2 servings of veggies, 3 servings of fruit, and so forth. Together, they will help you lose more weight in less time, than just salads alone. I think its great that you want to eat better and get in better shape. Also, the exercize will help lots if you eat right. FYI it takes aprox. 3 min for a craving for junk food goes away. So when you have a huge craving, Just find something to do, go outside, play a game, read a book, whatever. Hey I hope this helps, Good luck, Becca
