ok people, i'm starting my diet today. wish me luck! i'm gonna drink nothing but water, and i can't have any candy, soda, chips, icecream, or fastfood whatsoever. and i'm gonna run for an hour everyday. i hope i lose like 30 pounds by the end of the summer.

drinking just water is dangerous a lot of people diet because of that , ur body neads protien and other food groups ,so eat three meals , but nothiing between ,and no junk food

u don't have to drink just water, u could drink low calorie ice tea or low cal fruit drinks

You most definatly will if you eat healthy enough. Make sure that ur not just eating salads, or just fruit. Remember, healthy foods when all put together help you lose more weight than if u were just eating salads or such. Sure salads are healthy, but they arent the only diet food out there. I think its great that you have such confidence, something that i dont have,

Thats alot of time hun, just water will kill you... try limitig your calories and carbs
