ok...i feel like eating all the time!! like when i have nothing to do, i just eat. i'm 5"8 and i weigh 168 or 170 pounds, i don't have a scale so its either or...ne ways, does anybody have any tips for me to stay full instead of eating? plz help me!! thx~xox~

If you eat lots of veggies, fruit, and stuff like that you'll be in good shape. Also, to help me, I printed out a picture of the food pyramid and taped it to the fridge to help remind me to eat healthy! Hope this helps, Best of luck, Becca
