ok...first u hav to make a commitment that youll try your hardest and not give up...Now u hav to make small changes first. Maybe drink a little more water, go for a little walk, clean the house, just things to keep yourself busy. Then work into a real workout. Ride ur bike for 30 minutes, rollerbalde to the park and back. Then watch what u eat. Think to yourself, "Whos stronger, me or the food?" I suggest eating small meals throughout the day. Maybe u can even join the local YMCA or som type of program that promotes exercise. Just believe in urself and dont giv up! There will be ups and downs but stay focused and u will reach ur goal!
