Hi I'm nicole I am 12 years old and weigh approx 130 pounds i dont want be super thin but i want lose 30 to 40 pounds by march 2006 and 8 to 10 inches off my waist, i want to lose fat off my stomach and thighs and lose my double chin. I get picked on alot at school and i have a tendensey to get upset when they call me fatty, fatso, Mrs Kipling(as in the cakes and stuff from Mr kipling)nicole fatty richer and other horible names if any one and also my friends moving to israel and this boy said to her in front of my face nicole will see u there and she said how and he said her flab will stretch ther she's so fat if any one can help please do or email me at nicolericher@hotmail.co.uk

hi, my name is Megan and i know how you feel, i am 12 years old and am 130 pounds and people sometimes makes fun me, but i deal with it, just remember that any weight that you are at you are beautiful in the inside and outside, no matter what you look like people will still love you for who you are.

Nicole, don't listen to what other people say. They are making fun of you because of their own insecurities. I myself want to lose some weight to stay healthy, I don't go through whatb you do, but I do know its hard to lose weight especially when peers are always laughing at you. I know it's hard but don't listen to them, believe in your self and know you can do it. Try drinking a lot of water, cutting back on sweets(if it applies), and excercising. Get into a sport. Run, walk , take a bike (if you have one) and ride a day for at least an half an hour. Best of luck!

hey,don't worry just as long as you believe in yourself that you can lose weight you shouldnt care what other ppl say k so hang in there and just do little things like running or walking is the best for you but your not even a grown up yet so others can't say your fat okay well peacout!

ok so don't be live the people that call u fat there bullys and stuff ive been called that to.. and just dont lisen to them if they put u down or u get sad about that means they won.. thats what they want to do is bring u down so dont lisen to them and u have to do something to make u sweat and u have to do toning like crunches and other things like that..
