I am sooo fat. I'm 5 ft and weigh 302 pounds. I can barely wear anything else except giant sweatpants and giant sweatshirts. I try to diet, but my love of food keeps coming back. I'm too fat to exercise, and I'm addicted to McDonald's. I know this may seem hard to beleive but it's true. PLEASE give me some suggestions. It's gotten to the point where I can't even look at myself anymore!

You just have to set your mind to it and find someone who you can talk to when your having any doubts about it. Work hard, eat healthy, be confident.
