I am extremely overweight. I know everything I need to know about weightloss from studying it through many resources. However, I cannot put plans into action very well and keep them up. Establishing healthy habits it not one of my strong points, especially in a house that is full of junkfood and overprotective adults. All in this house we own is sweets, and I'm forced to eat them since there's nothing else. I also can never get outside because my mom is very overprotective of me and will not allow me to be outside for any period of time except for at Recess at school. I am also overweight because it's in my genes. My great grandmother was overweight and so does my grandmother, and my dad. I am frightened of the risks of being an overweight child because I am most afraid of diseases I could catch--like my dad has heartfailure from being overweight and by drinking. This situation feels like one that's impossible to overcome, unless you all could help! I'd appreciate everything you could do to help! :)

your situation seems very hard to overcome. Try getting a jump rope and clear a spot in the house.each time you jump try to push yourself to do more.
well when your mom goes to the store, go with her and say mom, that's too fatning to eat and i would perfer if you wouldn't buy it because it encourages me to eat it. also, just try to play lots of sports and drin aolt of water. in most cases, water makes you really full so drink like a bottle a day.
