hey guys i no i worte in here about wantin to lose 3 sivesin my waist and 4 sizes in my legs i do...but i love food, i eat like a poptart for breakfast, a sanck, lunch usually like pizza and chips and a soda, usallu like cookies or yogurt in bettween, nad for dinner whtever my mom cooks and desert which is like a bowl of icecream with an ice cream sandwich borken in to pieces over it...is tht a lot??
Reply from Josie, Age 12 - 06/30/05 - IP#: 24.7.133.xxx sry, i dont mean to put you down, but, thats extremely unhealthy!!! you should eat ice cream then put and icecream bar over. you should ask you mom for these healthy, io think their called 'slim cow bars' or sumthin like that, ice cream bars. theres different ice creams that all taste good, but dont have all of them. either have an ice cream bar or ice cream on night, then have something differnet the next. try the 3 day diet! it was SO helpful for me
