hi every body i weigh 128 pounds 4'8 that may not sound like alot but my stomach is overstreched today have had
Breakfast: a chocolate croissant and an apple juice
Lunch: an egge and cresss roll a donut and a bottle of water
snack: ice cream
dinner: fish finger, chips, mac and chesse, and spagetti hoops
desert another icecream.
i really want to lose 40pounds on my stomach area thighs and lose my double chin.
i want to lose weight for all the right reasons to stay healthy and junk but i also want to impress this guy that i fancy P.S i have never had a boyfriend.
i want to lose 40 pounds by september march 2006 at the at latest if you can help post is or email me at nicolericher@hotmail.co.uk

hey nicole waz up? the stuff ur eating is not helping ur weight. try carrots,celery,apples,bananas,oranges,and grapes. hope this helpz.

For Breakfast have a bowl of healthy cereal, Special K works! Then for lunch have a salad and water. Then have a small portion of whatever you're having for dinner, and if u need a snack just have a handful of cereal! Do that and you should lose some weight!
