hey everybody wuts up or down?well i hate my self because i ate junk food 2 days in a row and went from 207 to 215!but this sunday is my b-day and im gonna do nothin but eat healthy and exercise non stop.i made myself throw up yesterday...im so dumb...well i got exercises if anyone wants to know!...bye!
Reply from Lucy, Age 11 - 07/05/05 - IP#: 68.102.109.xxx u ppl r so old school. gordita just ask ur mom if u can get some workout videos. try to walk a mile a week do lots of crunches. i do about 100 a day but don't start there just start at like 25 and increase each day. each healthy don't restrict urself from food just cut ur portions in half. don't always diet. every now and then eat what ya want cuz if u don't you'll binge and eat junk food all the time. my IM is cabanabanana44
