i just came back from a three- week trip to italy and paris (not the best place for diets) and i checked my weight. i didn't gain or lose any but now i only have 2 months to lose 20- 25 pounds. i'm getting a major surgery for my back on september 1st and will be in the hospital for a couple days. my docter said i won't be able to do and major activity for at least 6 months so i need to be at my normal weight by then.
