Ever1 I need help. My parents are both fat, but used to be very thin, my dads a cop and yesterday he had a physical and al he had to do was step up and down alot and hey checked his blood pressure it was a little high then he rested and then they checked again and it was super high they had to call and ambulance and stuff. he has had 2 hurnias (?) and I am so scared for him I want him to walk me down the aisle at my wedding be there when I ahve my children and everything. How can I help him lose fat without telling him he's fat and stuff. He wieghs 320
