I use to weigh 160 1 day ago! I lost five pounds in 1 day! Just by doing 250-300 crunches,450-500 push-ups,and eating healthey!I ate Breakfast:2 bananas.Lunch:salad(loe fat dressing). Dinner Salad and corn. All day i only drank 6 glasses of water.I hope I helped.
