ok i have gone down 7 pounds and i still have 20 more to go.... but i have been trying the same way i was but it isn't working soo could you please poast a message tell me what's the fastest way to lose weight... i lost those 7 pouns in 1 week healthly and i am willing to do anything for the last 20 before july 31 ( or on ) soo please poast a message tell me how!
