OK!! I'm planning to go on the 3 day diet! Im really excited becuaswe thats A LOT of weight lost in jsut such a shirt time! But IS IT HEALTHY?! I really want to loose weight but i don't want to ruin my good health...well..i dont know im kind of starting to get desperate!!! I'm 5`2 and i used to weigh 140-ish now i'm 128! But i STILL FEEL FAT BECUASE I HAVE BELLY FAT!! All i really eat now is veggies and lotsa yummy fruit its not like starving myself because i get full:0 BUT IF U HAVE ANY TIPS PLZ POST! Specific tips not just excerise diet i know! THATS WHAT IM DOING:) i mean like 500crunches blah blah you know PLZ HELP MRS> DESPERATE HERE!

ok well ill tell u that as soon as u do that diet and lose weight u will gain all that weight back plus more so stick with what ur doing the healthy and eating rite and excerising and u will get some where , also u can try the south beach diet that is a good diet u can email if u want cus i have lost 5 lbs on the south beach diet so email me @girlygirl05@webtv.net
