Ht. 5 ft, Wt. 180 - okay..my name is anna and i have a problem, i weigh 180 lbs..i wanna be able to lose weight. Do you think that leg lifts are a good idea?..please comment back with any ideas to help me..PLEASE!!<3

hey well im 162 and i hate it i think just running and eat greens would help i've lost a couple of pound (and do this)Put a pic of u fave skinny actor on ur fridge when u think ur hungary and want to eat look at the pic! Hope it helps

i think u should run atleast 10 minutes a day it gets u really sweaty and when u swet that means ur losin weight the more u swet the more u lose
