Ht. 5'2, Wt. 187 - These are my past three messages please reply Ever1 I need help. My parents are both fat, but used to be very thin, my dads a cop and yesterday he had a physical and al he had to do was step up and down alot and hey checked his blood pressure it was a little high then he rested and then they checked again and it was super high they had to call and ambulance and stuff. he has had 2 hurnias (?) and I am so scared for him I want him to walk me down the aisle at my wedding be there when I ahve my children and everything. How can I help him lose fat without telling him he's fat and stuff. We don't need to diet weare are only tweens all we need to do is find a weightloss buddy and then record what we eat then get tips from our buddy's and just cut what we eat in half eat less sugar and exercise.
