Ht. 5'4, Wt. 163 - I'm 12 and i want to lose 20 pounds by august the 4th.Can somebody please help me lose at least 10 pounds .If you have a good diet for me pleasee reply.
Reply from Haley, Age 12 - 07/12/05 - IP#: 63.27.111.xxx Hey amy heres what i do~just try to eat only 3 times a day what helps me is i put a pic of my fave skinny person like hilary duff on my fridge. every time i want something and i already had lunch i look at her. And my mom makes me stop eating after 9 o'clock.~hope it helps
