Have anyone of you lost weight (or have testimonies of friends) that have lost weight BY DRINKING WATER ALONE??? If so, how much weight did you/ they lose, in how much time???? How much water did you drink per day???Thanx

If you drink 4 cups of water BEFORE 9:00 in the morning you will lose weight! I SWEAR! Because your pee isn't water with food coloring in it is other stuff too, you you will get more stuff out then what you put in!

You dont lose hardly any weight by just drinking water. My dad, went on a diet, to not eat any sugar, and i am totatly not kidding, in just 2 weeks, he lost 20 pounds. So that is what I am doing.
