Hey, I am 241lbs. and I know how you feel but if you don't get active you will regret it. I was recently hospitalized because I have what is called Celulitus in my leg. Don't lose hope. You are still so young and will never forget your fight with this, try to get active and swim, run, play any sport you can to get active. Do this ultimately to benefit yourself, NOT FOR ANYONE ELSE!! Hope you can benefit from this advice.

Dont be down.Just follow these instructions. If you wanna lose weight then you must try your hardest and eat the proper meals.Example day: Breakfast: A small bowl of cereal with low-fat milk and an apple.Lunch: Home-made salad no dressing and SOME meat (because meat fills you up faster without gaining a lot of calories and it tells your brain your full).Dinner:MEAT,a vegetable, and a fruit.Water with all those meals if needed.Trust Me.

there were other people that have it rough like you, except you posted here. I'd have to agree, some people think it's horrible to be at 180 or something, but at least you told them some cold harsh reality.
