Ht. 5 foot 1", Wt. 189 - guys! i need help...i was 173 last month!! and i thot i was doin ok but i guess not....i dunno maybe its my eatin habits...i eat atleast 2 treats a day...nutty bars, milano cookies, poptarts, brownies...anythin, and i am home alot and i eat wen im bored...my neighborhood isn't good for runnin and no swimmin pools and i don't have bike...i guess im ok for my body my thighs are huge tho....like size 25....my waist is size 42...my claves are size 17...any tips please
Reply from Kayome, Age 13 - 07/16/05 - IP#: 64.229.113.xxx EXERCISE!!!!!!!! Ride your bike, walk, run, play sports there is all kinds of stuff to do to lose weight. Oh, and SWIM!!!! Get into swimming lessons. Swimming lengths made me lose some lbs.
