Eating a balanced diet, counting calories, and exercising will, though. Eating a balanced diet will make it so u don't eat too much of one food group. An example: dinner~ Chicken(baked not fried), with potatoes or carrots, choco. or plain milk, a biscuit, and grapes would be considered a balanced dieting meal. So u get every food group without overdoing it. Count calories cuz however many u eat is how many you have to burn. Exercising will help to burn off fat..exercising 20-30 mins a day for 3 times a week is a good start. Don't overdo it though. One last piece of advice...don't ever starve urself cuz that might actually make you gain pounds. Eating a balanced meal will help u not to gain pounds, counting calories will help u so u know how much you need to burn off, and exercising will help u to burn off fat n slim down. My lil sis has the same problem u do, but she's been eating right and exercising and I can already see her six pack forming. I wish the best for you.
