Lunch have a wrap. !*KAYOME"S EASY RECIPE*! 1 Tortilla (different flavours are good) 3 Slices of chicken Several pieces of iceberg lettuce and enough mayo to cover the tortilla Spread the mayo on the tortilla with a knife. Add the slices of chicken and the lettuce. Roll up and cut in half. You can eat both halves or eat one and save the other half for later *PS* put it in the fridge. Have a small plate of pasta in marinara sauce for dinner, with a small side of your favorite meat. This gives you some of all the food groups when cheese is sprinkled on top. *Do not have this more than twice a week because too many carbs is not good. And stick to the food pyramid. GRAINS : 9-11 servings FRUITS + VEGGIES : 8-10 servings DAIRY : 3-5 servings MEATS + ALTERNATIVES : 2-3 servings *nuts are alternatives* GOOD LUCK! DRINK A LOT OF WATER!
